I've few qs for filling up form (Now Tier 1)

1) Do I need to fill up all the pages even if they are not applicable?
2) Some of the boxes are not sufficient enough to include the reference details, shall I add more boxes at the end and enter details?

1) Why you have to fill up those sections if they are not applicable to you? Leave them empty.
2) I would say add boxes in the end and enter details

Sorry I messedup the first question. My question was can I not include thos pages which are not applicable to me?
