Postby sonu_london on Sun Jan 06, 2008 6:56 pm

I have to apply for extension for HSMP FLR, I jsut looked the form and rules and found that a language test is required?

I'm from India and I've my graduation course in B.Tech which is taught in English but I got no certificate for it from University.

Do I need to take IELTS then?

Lets settle scores first.

It is completely idotic, stupid, blind folded descision from Home Office to issue such a decree to force those who have been already staying in this country to go through the new point system and ultimately English language test requirements again.

My logic is simple, we came under old system and we should be allowed to extend HSMP under old system. But who will ring the bell who is going to make them listen?

Deep down and in the background it is nothing but business for which Brits are Notorious. On the surface it will not look as business but if you probe further you will see the realty.

IELTS is another British organization notorious to rob poor nations by the way of collecting ransom in the name of English language test.

So here is how their plan works.
- First (Old HSMP System) attract/lure poor 3rd world, hard wroking kind hearted human beings into this country by offering them easy HSMP. Yes it was easy in those days, I got my HSMP in just one day and anyone with 4 yrs of exp and working in IT field could get it easily.

- Then show the realty and ENFORCE a new system to extract more money out of those poor, hard working, toiling kind soul immigrants who have been paying taxes, council taxes, illegal bank charges, utility bills and saving nothibng but peanuts.

- How to extract more money, FORCE them to go through IELTS. IELTS is British so the money remains in this country.

- Their sinister motive doesn't stop here. Even if you don't qualify under new point system or fail to pass IELTS or show some insignificant document you will be rejected. Once rejected you are not going to leave this country easily. Once you got hang of Britain you gonna remain here for sometime, withe rto earn more to become rich or just heck of it as back home it is still hell. So in this case you ill think of some other way to apply for VISA which will make you cough out more money and thus making this country richer and robbing remaining penny out of you.

And remember you stand no chance in explanating to deaf and dumb home office that it is well known and whole world knows that back home in India all technical courses at B. Tech level are taught in English. They don't understand such things, once a decree is issued it becomes stone. A NO means NO. If you can't produce document you are histroy.

Nex questuion you will ask is what about challennging the decree?

Challengin what? Challenging whom? You are immigrant so shut up and follow the rules, you have no rights. They talk about equality, human rights, which is just garbage. It is their country and they are free to enforce and new decree in any format thwy wish we stand no chance in defending ourselves.

Don't forget the status of HSMP holders is worse than illegel refugees.

To get a HSMP you have to go through the trumatic experience, to get a refugee status you have to some how enter in this country.

Refugees get special treatment, govt takes care of them, feed them teach them ENGLISH Language free of cost. Then let them such out benifits from Govt. Let them get child benifits and scores of other goodies.
For HSMP you pay everything on your own and if you are in need you will be kicked out mercilessly in the name of "No recourse to public fund"

We HSMP holders are worse than illegal refugees.

Wo what you got to do? Here is the final solution.

Give IELTS, pay ransom, get HSMP extended and be happy and say cheers mate!!
